Learning devices are essential to upholding the Manaiakalani Kaupapa/Programme and to enable our learners to ‘Learn Create Share‘ effectively.
With these goals in mind, a procurement committee convened by Manaiakalani undertakes a rigorous process to determine the best chromebook and tablet devices for schools.
Working together as a collective we are able to put the most powerful and fit-for-purpose devices in the hands of our learners.
Chromebooks are bulk purchased and are a very good price for the package of a device, case and charger as well as on-site technical support, up to three year warranty and insurance cover, with a quick turnaround on insurance claim fixes. The schools manage the process of insurance repairs or replacement.
